- Age: mandatory legal requirement to verify adulthood (+18).
- Profile information: data and/or photographs that the candidate chooses to send to evaluate their fit for our productions.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data is processed in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR under the following bases:
- Casting application management: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Age verification: legitimate interest and compliance with specific legal obligations of the adult sector (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Informational contact: explicit consent when writing to us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Retention Period
Data is kept for as long as necessary for selection and casting management. If no contract is reached, data is deleted within a maximum period of 12 months, unless the interested party requests immediate deletion. In the event of hiring, data will be kept as stipulated in the corresponding employment/commercial contract.
5. External Services
We do not sell data to third parties. Technical services used are:
- Cloudflare Inc. (USA): Site hosting and security. Processes technical data (IP) to protect the web. Complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google LLC (USA): Google Search Console for indexing management. Aggregated and statistical data; does not identify individuals.
- Tally.so (Belgium): Contact form management (if implemented). Data is hosted in the European Union under strict privacy standards.
